I am not going to make this long. If the viewer was to read my previous post, they may be able to gather a thought on where I stand in regards to the first amendment. But if the viewer is unable to gather one then I will make it for you.
Speech, an absolute right and belonging in our constitutional embodiment (Jovan Bundalo)
No matter where, no matter when, and no matter what your doing (unless you are in the process of dealing with the po-po from doing illegal activity) you have the right to the freedom of speech and expression both vocally and symbolically. No questions asked.
To tell you the truth, school can go fuck themselves if they think they can restrict how I talk and how I will remain to talk without any effect or change induced by the school. There is a limit on profanity and disrespectful phrases in which are only refrained from because one would have respect towards another person of more age and experience who one admires. And I'm not talking about some bitchass teacher fresh out college with they hoity-toity bachelors degree. Even if they have a masters degree from Harvard... I don't give a shit, I will not show respect unless it was shown to me first. And unless I get some GOD DAMN respect sometimes, along with every other hard working, decent student in the school (exception of a few). But no, we do not get that respect and we still don't have the right to fully and freely express ourselves. Its BULLSHIT. Telling you honestly, I should not have to restrict my speech in any way in front of anyone, but because I do in fact respect many people I do my best to refrain from using obscenities, and disrespectfulnesses stuff.... but I do not try very hard. I should not be restricted or expected to CONFORM TO "THE SYSTEM" because everyone else's naive ass's do.
GOOD DAY SUR
